2013 Recent Victories: Within he last two years, cases Michael has litigated have set new legal precedent increasing trucking companies' exposure for punitive damages under Georgia law, and, increased the exposure of insurance companies for trucking companies to being sued directly in trucking collision cases under Georgia law. His settlements and judgments exceeded one million dollars for his clients; he has won numerous jury trials within the last ten years. He is a member of the Million Dollar Lawyers Club for attorneys who have obtained million dollar judgments and settlements in a single case.
